Step into the secret world of The Scent Hotel (former "Karmakamet"), a Koh Samui boutique hotel. Aromatic Hotel by the heart warming atmosphere of the ancient traditional Indochina that embraces its various cultural activities - watching classical movies in the tea foyer, scenting the room with your own favorite scent, tasting the sublime cuisine that combines the tradition and the contemporary from the four oceans and touching the root of colonial Indochina culture through the magnificence architecture.
The Scent Hotel Bophut boutique accommodation is comprised of 15 rooms on two floors. Our two room types are the Sea Breeze and Beachfront suites. All rooms have breathtaking views of the ocean, are beautifully decorated in one of three styles available and come with a full range of amenities.

Accommodation and facilities:
I found a nice, charming & cozy place to stay. Here is the small secret world which u can enjoy the peaceful moment with aroma in a tranquil beach. Staffs are friendly and helpful with service mind. Room is nice decoration and cozy especially bed & large bathroom. Food here is recommended, tasty with delicate presentation! Location is a bit far from centre like Chaweng or Lamai but it is not far from Bophut fisherman village.

We got the best service at this hotel and the room I have stayed was great. I have some comment on the hotel breakfast; it is fine food but it is quite small dish and we order other dished. However, we love this hotel.

One of the best hotel ever! Service is superb, food is tasty, room is spacious, chic, very stylish and the beach is clean. The whole experience is magnificent. We stayed there for 3 nights and stay another 2 nights at other hotel in Chaweng area, we should ve stayed the whole time in Karmakamet :) I miss Karmakamet already. The hotel is very suitable for those who look for quiet places, although kids are welcome. We had our 4 years old son with us yet he enjoyed the hotel very much, the management and staff were very attentive to our needs. Breakfast is specially made on our order - freshly prepared, quality is better than those normal breakfast buffet at big chain hotel.
