Chaweng Lakeview Residence is located in an idyllic mountain side setting with great views of the lake and the surrounding nature. Guests can chose to stay in one of the 4 apartments with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom each or in one of the 2 Bungalows with either 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms or 1 bedroom and bathroom. All homes are fully furnished in modern interiors and fully equipped with everything needed and boast spacious living rooms / lounges with dining and kitchen area as well as a front balcony to sit and enjoy the views. Guests can also take advantage of the large infinity pool with jacuzzi tub. With English / German / French / Spanish / Italian speaking management living on site there is always someone in reach when needed.

Accommodation and facilities:
Die ersten 1,5 Wochen waren mehr als anstrengend.Wir wurden von 3 scharfen Hunden, die vor der Anlage zu hause, waren ständig attakiert, so das wir uns kaum noch aus der Anlage trauten.Erst nach dem wir mit Auszug drohten sperrte man den schlimmsten der Hunde weg und wir konnten dann ungestört zum Strand gehen.Die anderen Hunde reagierten dann auf das Wort DA und gaben Ruhe.

Wir waren zum 3.mal im Samui Garden Resort und wie immer zufrieden.Dieses mal überraschte uns Kiaw sogar mit Getränken im Kühlschrank, was uns nach dem langen Flug sehr freute.Im Resort ist es Nachts sehr ruhig.Der Strnd ist nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß entfernt,ebenfalls diverse Restaurants wo man preiswert und gut essen kann.

Die Buchung und der Taxi-Service waren wider OK.

My second stay there and just as good as the last. Nice clean houses with fridge and cooking facilities. There s no things like laundry, restaurants and the like but they are not far away. Quiet place so you may need some transport but there are several walkable bars and eateries. Very nice stay.

This resort has got to have the absoltely worst caretaker and management there is. The caretaker of the resort opened a locked drawer and stole 1000 baht from us. Since we didn´t trust her from the beginning we marked the drawer with a line. When confronted she payed us back in 15 minutes. Management ( a guy in Germany) where going to investigate this but his comments and actions back to us was very strange. He responded very hostile to us. He doubted me directly. And when I said to him that I didn´t like the locals outside to threath my family (after the stolen money incident) he said... About the locals outside: do you really think that I can tell people what they have to do or not? Where are you there, in their country or yours? This was the response after I told him that people had confronted my wife and 2 small children (I was not with them at time). There where almost no cleaning of our house, we counted 4 cleanings in aprox 7 weeks. Should be 14! 4-6 dogs are always running around inside the resort. They follow the caretaker wherever she goes. And has also (this I heard, not witnessed myself...gone in to several houses, even been found sleeping in beds!) Our neighbours in houses on both sides of us where also very unsatisfied. One moved 1 month earlier then planned due to bad conditions. His comments will be posted later on. DO NOT GO HERE! (if you on Sawadee.com wish to have copies of my mailcorrespondence with management, just let me know)

We arrived on port Nathon but no one was there to meet us as we requested. We got into a tuk tuk and asked them to take us to Big Buddha Beach. when we got there, no one had heard of the place and even asked the locals who spoke English. We drove around in a taxi for 2 hours in a very small place looking for Samui Garden Resort and not even the taxi driver knew where it was. Ended up staying at another place and losing our deposit. Very unhappy and not even sure the place exists

Guests can chose to stay in one of the 4 apartments with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom each or in one of the 2 Bungalows with either 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms or 1 bedroom and bathroom.

The lovely villa home offers a large living room/lounge with kitchen
area, 1 bedrooms with one king size bed, 1 bathroom with hot shower, a front
balcony with views and an open air cooking balcony in the back . The cozy
home is fully furnished in modern interiors and fully equipped with
everything needed for up to 2 persons as well as 32" flat screen TV, DVD
player, cable TV., air condition, fan, full size fridge, safe, toaster,
coffee machine, water cooker, double gas stove, microwave, hot water,
cutlery and plates, pot and pan, free high speed Wi-Fi, bed linen, board
games, baby cot, etc.
:: 2 Bedroom Bungalow ::
Stylish and comfortable 2 bedrooms bungalow with 2 en-suite bathrooms in the perfect location in Chaweng.
The complete house has recently been renovated and repainted.
The fully furnished bungalow boasts 2 levels of beautiful living area with elegant
and comfortable interiors as well as a brand new 42" flat screen TV, DVD player and free high speed internet access.
Tenants can enjoy open air seating on one balcony on the front side of the building as well as an open air cooking corner on the back side.

Chic and comfortable 2 bedrooms apartments in the perfect location in Chaweng. A total of 4 apartments with 80 sq.m. All units have recently been renovated and repainted.

:: 4 Bedroom Pool Villa ::
The beautiful villa is ideally located in an idyllic mountain
side setting yet only 5 mins away from the Chaweng center and beach
road. The house has just had a total refit , inside and out. Inside
there are new bathrooms and kitchen, all done to a very high standard,
also new floors and electrical fittings everywhere. The outside has a
beautiful private swimming pool (11M x 3.5M) with wood decking and pool chairs.
All the garden has been re landscaped.
The fully furnished
accommodation consists of a living room, large western kitchen, bedroom
and bathroom downstairs with two further en-suite bedrooms and a 4th
bedroom upstairs. There is a balcony wrapped around the upper level
giving spectacular mountain and lake On the outside the
villa offers a landscaped garden and a covered area (Sala) / BBQ area on
garden level with steps connecting inside to the house which can be used
for outside eating/entertainment or a games/snooker area. At the rear of
the house is a laundry area. To ensure privacy the complete plot is
walled with a front gate and 2 car park.
