Cotai caught up in resort complex boom

He was speaking of an Asian-led boom not just in casinos, but in spending at resort complexes that have a broader appeal beyond the gambling set, targeting businesspeople and families with a variety of entertainment options.

It's a trend he does not see slowing down and one reflected in the Sands' decision to make a massive investment in Macau. The Cotai Central is an integrated resort on the large strip of reclaimed land between the islands of Taipa and Coloane and part of the Macau administrative region.
