Fitness freaks to descend on Pattaya

Thailand is on its marks and set to host the fourth Asia Fitness Convention (AFC 2012) from Oct 19 to 21 at Dusit Thani Hotel in Pattaya, a popular seaside resort in Chon Buri province.
Regarded as Asia's premier event for the health and fitness industry, the theme this year is "Inspiration + Passion = Transformation", and the event is expected to draw a big field boasting of experts from all corners of the globe.
They include Peter Twist, a successful trainer and performance coach who has overcome cancer; Steve Cotter, a martial artist and strength and conditioning specialist; and Dr Emily Splichal, a human movement specialist, lecturer and TV personality who has appeared several times on the Oprah Winfrey Show.
