    23 May 2013 : It takes only about six hours to drive from the hilly far north to Jordan's southernmost extremity on the Red Sea. Home to 6.2 million people and largely desert (83%), this is indeed a small country, but it is jam-packed with attractions, from natural wonders like Wadi Rum and the Dead Sea to fascinating religious sites and a multi-layered history replete with remnants of majestic, long-passed civilisations.

    23 May 2013 : A couple of weeks ago I wrote about an all-mountain trail from the highlands of Phu Hin Rong Kla down the mountain to Ban Huai Nam Khao south of the national park. But that wasn't the only trail I rode during the trip with the filming crew of the Sua Nong Toh TV programme. The following day, we did another route. This time it was in the northern part of the park that straddles Phitsanulok and Loei provinces.
