Overseas film-makers focus on Thailand

Bangkok has been selected as the top location for shooting by overseas film producers, according to the Department of Tourism.
Moonstar studio on Soi Pracha Uthit in Bangkok was used for filming the Hollywood movie Shanghai.
The department's director-general Supol Sripan said film-makers not only bring in revenue to the local economy, but also indirectly help promote Thailand in their respective countries.
