Prachuap Khiri Khan is also known as "the City of Three Bays". Until Sun, Feb 19, the "Travelling to Prachuap Khiri Khan, the Wonderful City of Three Bays" fair is being held on the beach overlooking Prachuap Khiri Khan bay. The aim is to promote tourism and raise income to support the province's activities.

The fair features cultural parades, mini sound-and-light shows on the city's history, local cultural performances, exhibitions, the sale of Otop goods from the province and the four regions of Thailand, sailboat racing, beach volleyball, takraw and Thai chess contests, a mini-marathon, a photo contest and a beauty pageant.

Visitors can also take an 80-minute boat trip to cherish the beauty of Prachuap Khiri Khan bay at night while having supper, enjoying music and listening to well-known folk tales, such as the one about Ta Mong Lai.
