Travellers want free Wi-Fi

Complimentary Wi-Fi tops the list of must-have hotel amenities, according to the latest research from hotels.com, a leading online accommodation booking service. The survey was conducted among 8,600 respondents across 28 countries/cities including Hong Kong, New Zealand and the UK.
