2019 Thailand International Motor Expo highlights

Honda and Nissan have turned up the heat in the Thai B-segment market with the introduction of turbo technology.

Honda City

Price: 579,000-739,000 baht

Now in its fifth-generation, the City is making its world premiere in Thailand with a 1.0-litre three-cylinder petrol-turbo engine producing 122hp and capable of a class-leading 23.8kpl. The new B-segment sedan features an evolutionary design, plus an RS look for the first time.

Nissan Almera

Price: 499,000-639,000 baht

Nissan has introduced a more bold design for its entry-level sedan, plus a spacious package to keep it ahead of its competition. The Almera gains a downsized petrol-turbo triple with 100hp of power. Like in the City, the automatic transmission is of the CVT type.
