Thailand Board of Investment aims to develop the potential of entrepreneurs and enhance their ability to access funding.
Promoted projects will enjoy an additional 100% CIT exemption on the investment value (excluding cost of land and working capital).
Significant conditions
• Projects granted BOI promotional privileges can apply for the incentive even if they have already started to generate income if they still have valid corporate income tax (CIT) exemption rights.
• Proposed projects must be listed on the SET or mai before submitting the application for this incentive measure.
Applications must be submitted within the last working day of 2022.
