Firster aims to captivate beauty, lifestyle aficionados

King Power has launched Firster — the country's first online to offline (O2O) concept store in response to online shopping trends and new shopper behaviour.

Duty-free retailer King Power Group is launching an offline-to-online (O2O) store called Firster for beauty and lifestyle enthusiasts, highlighting the omnichannel shopping experience as customer demand changes.

Aiyawatt Srivaddhanaprabha, chief executive of King Power Group, said the new venture strives "to become first-er in Thai customers' hearts".

"Firster is the country's first O2O concept store," he said. "It is based on the vertical shopping experience and a data-driven approach."

The new store offers two product categories: beauty and lifestyle.

The beauty division offers more than 320 brands of cosmetics, skincare, personal care, beauty tools and home and aroma goods.

The lifestyle section comprises more than 500 brands of clothing, shoes, accessories, sports & outdoor goods, gadgets & IT gaming, home and living.

The new online store opens today, while flagship stores at King Power Mahanakhon and Siam Square are set to welcome shoppers in March.
