Thai stocks opened up 0.48 % at the start of trade this morning.

The Stock Exchange of Thailand's main index opened at 1,533.60 points, up 7.35 points from Thursday's close. The trade value was 1.64 billion baht with 386.39 million shares traded.

The SET50 index opened at 1,015.26 points, up 4.55 points or 0.45%, with a total trade value of 876.93 million baht.

The MAI index went up 3.70 points or 0.56% to stand at 667.75 points with total transaction value of 174.42 million baht.
