Official description
The Tourism Council of Thailand is a private sector organization. It is responsible for implementation of objectives prescribed in the Tourism Industry Council Act. Thailand, BE 2544, with the following key elements:
- Representatives of the tourism industry in terms of coordination between government and the private sector together. - Promote the development of the tourism industry. - Promote the conservation of art, culture, tourist attractions and historic environment including the identity of Thai culture, etc..
