SIAM AI has become the country's first Thai-owned Nvidia Cloud Partner (NCP), marking a significant milestone in driving the artificial intelligence (AI) revolution and shaping the country's technological future.

SIAM AI is among the first to focus on Thailand's AI landscape by combining world-class technology with local expertise. This will position Thailand advantageously on the international stage while prioritising national interests and paving the way for an AI-driven future, the company said.

With Nvidia's support, the company is accelerating Thailand's digital transformation and economic growth to ensure that the nation remains at the forefront of the AI revolution in Southeast Asia, it notes.

The collaboration of SIAM AI as an NCP encompasses several key areas and cutting-edge AI solutions to propel innovation and growth, according to the company.

In terms of technological advancement, the firm says it will implement Nvidia's state-of-the-art AI architectures and utilise comprehensive solutions to enhance AI clusters, delivering world-class services.

The partnership aims to create new career opportunities in AI and upskill the workforce to meet future demands.

SIAM AI has partnered with Lightup Total Solution Plc (LTS) for system installation and testing, positioning LTS as one of the first companies to gain hands-on experience with this advanced technology.

The company is also fostering collaborations with Thai startups, organisations, SMEs, universities, and government agencies to cultivate a thriving AI ecosystem.

The company has joined forces with the National Electronics and Computer Technology Center to bridge gaps between academic institutions, industry and government.

By collaborating with major data centres, the firm says it aims to boost Thailand's processing and data computation capabilities, laying a strong foundation for advanced AI applications across various sectors.

SIAM AI has also partnered with CMKL University, a collaboration between Carnegie Mellon University and King Mongkut's Institute of Technology Ladkrabang, to study and test the HGX H200 GPU server.

This server, the first of its kind in Asia, will be used for AI processing in Thailand, marking another significant step in the country's AI advancement, the company noted.

Through these initiatives, SIAM AI is not only enhancing Thailand's AI capabilities but also positioning the country as a potential regional leader in AI innovation, according to the company.
