Gold prices dropped 100 baht to 20,150.00 baht per baht-weight in Bangkok on Friday.
The Gold Traders Association announced the buying price at 20,050.00 baht and the selling price at 20,150.00 baht per baht-weight for bullion.
For ornaments, the buying and selling prices were 19,692.84 baht and 20,650.00 baht per baht-weight respectively.
On Thursday the buying and selling prices closed at 20,150.00 baht and 20,250.00 baht per baht-weight for gold bar and 19,783.80 baht and 20,750.00 baht per baht-weight for gold ornaments.
The prices were adjusted three times on Thursday, up 50 baht from the previous day.
