Gold prices dropped 50 baht to 18,450.00 baht per baht-weight in Bangkok on Monday.
The Gold Traders Association announced the buying price at 18,350 baht and the selling price at 18,450.00 baht per baht-weight for bullion.
For ornaments, the buying and selling prices were 18,025.24 baht and 18,950.00 baht per baht-weight respectively.
On Saturday the buying and selling prices closed at 18,400.00 baht and 18,500.00 baht per baht-weight for gold bars and 18,070.72 baht and 19,000.00 baht per baht-weight for gold ornaments.
The prices were adjusted once on Saturday, down 50 baht from the previous day.
