Gold prices dropped 50 baht to 18,550.00 baht per baht-weight in Bangkok on Wednesday.
The Gold Traders Association announced the buying price at 18,450.00 baht and the selling price at 18,550.00 baht per baht-weight for bullion.
For ornaments, the buying and selling prices were 18,116.20 baht and 19,050.00 baht per baht-weight respectively.
On Tuesday the buying and selling prices closed at 18,500.00 baht and 18,600.00 baht per baht-weight for gold bars and 18,161.68 baht and 19,100.00 baht per baht-weight for gold ornaments.
The prices were adjusted once on Tuesday, down 100 from the previous day.
