Five-year-old developer All Inspire Development Plc plans to launch seven new residential projects worth a combined 10.1 billion baht this year.
It aims to have 8 billion baht in presales by the end of the year.
Chief executive Thanakorn Thanawarith said the new projects will cover the single-house, townhouse, high-end villa and high-rise condominium segments, in addition to the low-rise condos it developed the past four years.
"The property market this year should be positive because of government spending on megaprojects and mass transit lines," he said. "This will be our first time to develop low-rise houses and products in the high-end segment."
The new projects will comprise three low-rise condominium projects worth a combined 3.12 billion baht, two high-rise condominium sites worth a total of 4.16 billion, and a single-house or townhouse project worth 1.3 billion in Greater Bangkok.
The other project is for high-end villas in Phuket worth 1.5 billion baht, with units priced at over 20 million baht each.
Of the seven projects, at least one will be a joint venture with Japanese developer Hoosiers Holdings, which started co-investment with All Inspire last year on a low-rise condo project on Sukhumvit Soi 50 worth 2 billion baht.
Mr Thanakorn said All Inspire expects 8 billion baht in presales this year, up from 5.5 billion in 2017 and 2.3 billion in 2016. Revenue is projected at 5 billion baht, up from 700 million last year. All Inspire has a sales backlog of 7.57 billion baht.
"We aim to sell our products to foreign buyers after receiving good feedback from buyers in Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore and Beijing," he said.
Last year, All Inspire recorded 2 billion baht in presales from foreign buyers, up from 452 million in 2016 and 168 million in 2015. Foreign sales comprise 40% of its total and are expected to rise to 45% this year.
Founded in 2013, All Inspire has developed a total of 11 condo projects with 4,193 units worth 8.9 billion baht.
