Between living in Hong Kong, Bangkok, Seoul and Philadelphia, it was important for me to create a sense of home wherever I was. This idea is what makes developing residential real estate a very personal passion for me”, said Tanyatip Chearavanont, BA graduate in Architecture Design & Art History, from the University of Pennsylvania USA.

A graduate of the London School of Economics and Political Sciences (LSE), Chawin Athakravisunthorn, One.Six Development Co-Founder, is a former investment banker at JP Morgan. With his family background in real estate, coupled with an entrepreneurial mindset and a background in finance, he decided that it was time to diversify from his experiences and leap into the world of property development. The family know-how is an excellent blueprint for me to cultivate skills in business management processes and systems in real estate. However our decision to establish an independent company allows us to be more liberal in pursuing bold new ideas that answers to a new generation of homeowners, who expects more than just a home.
