Located off the fast developing and fashionable Sukhumvit Road in the heart of Bangkok, The Estelle Phrom Phong is an ultimate luxury condominium project developed by Raimon Land Plc., a leading of premium real estate developer in Thailand in partnership with Tokyo Tatemono which has been in the real estate business in Japan for over a century.

Designed to showcase the building’s sectional qualities and optimise its footprint, the development embraces an area of around 3,188 square metres land and sits atop a 7-storey podium carpark.

Rising 37 stories, the residential tower comprises around 157 units, including 1 - 4 bedrooms, sprawled across four wings or “blades”. Ceiling heights range 3.15 metres in primary simplex spaces to 6 metres in Duplex units and double height ceiling primary spaces.

Each blade of the building comprises only two units per floor that are directly accessed from a lift.

The front and rear blades contain premium units boasting maximised unimpeded views. Units located centrally utilise view corridors towards the north & south. The views are framed by streamlined architectural fins which clad the entire façade, giving the overall building its distinct clean and crisp identity.

The design approach to the common areas involves high landscaped walls and lush planting strategically focused around the site’s peripherals, directing attention inwards, away from inherently hectic Bangkok.

The bold landscape elements filter down to the human scale, transitioning the resident’s experience from the street to the lift lobby. The journey is accompanied by reflective ponds and organic tactile materials under foot that complement Japanese-inspired planting and dry courts evoking a tranquil ambience that permeates throughout the upper levels. The surrounds of the common facilities on the podium adopt a similar theme, as do the rooftops, including the Level 27 Sky Gym where residents are afforded a skyline view flanked by greenery.

One-of-a-kind design

The architecture, interiors and landscape of The Estelle were conceived with a holistic approach to creating a procession of individual experiences, each with its own bespoke character whilst sharing the development’s overall identity.

For the interior design of the apartment units, SCDA Interiors has developed two distinct design directions with different lifestyles in mind.

 “Urban Retreat” embraces understated luxury and timeless design that will offer its residents a calm and serene getaway. Contemporary furnishings and sophisticated details are combined with a light and warm material palette, using natural and textured materials overlaid with intricate patterns. A tranquil and refined ambiance is the result.

"Millennial Chic” creates a refreshing and stimulating setting. The colour scheme features cool neutral tones in the interior finishes, paired with rich and fresh colours of furniture. Copper is used as an accent finish. Here the approach is more minimalist. The result is a truly sophisticated interior that arises from depth of thought and attention to detail. A truly cosmopolitan and stylish design experience.

The complete package

Common facilities include a garden approach to a sheltered vehicle drop-off, Japanese Zen landscape lobby, sky gym, yoga platform with panoramic city views. On the 8th floor podium there’s a Japanese courtyard garden along with a swimming pool and children’s pool, male and female Japanese hot bath, cold tub, salt floatation pool and sauna. There’s also a private dining and event space and two shared common rooms for guests.

Security includes floor specific access card system and 24-hour security monitoring system including CCTV at carparks, lobby, lifts and main corridor. Public Wi-Fi is provided at the lobby and swimming pool.

As luxury options, residents can choose European-made loose furniture and European Kitchen system.

A Concierge service is offered and parking is provided at a rate 1.25 spaces/unit plus an exclusive supercar parking floor with electric vehicle charging stations. The project is also pet-friendly.

Construction will start in the 2nd quarter of 2019 and complete in the 1st quarter of 2022.
