Property Perfect and Grande Asset move forward with 5-star hotel and resort projects

Property Perfect Plc and Grande Asset Hotels and Property Plc., a leading property and hotel development group, have risen to a prominent spot in hotel development business, thanks to continuous investment in Bangkok, tourist destinations and Japan.

The group currently operates 7 hotels and resorts under the management of leading hotel chains. Including a new hotel under development, the group operates hotels with a total of 2,286 rooms.

Grande Asset owns 3 hotels in the heart of Bangkok: The Westin Grande Sukhumvit, a 362-room hotel located next to BTS Asoke Station; Royal Orchid Sheraton Hotel and Tower, a luxury 726-room hotel by the Chao Phraya River opposite ICONSIAM acquired early this year  and Hyatt Regency Bangkok Sukhumvit, a new 5-star property in Sukhumvit Soi 11 next to BTS Nana Station. Being the first property in Bangkok under the 'Hyatt Regency' brand in Bangkok, it is slated for opening in December. Its design is inspired by a modern traditional Thai house. The new property houses 273 rooms and is ready to accommodate business and leisure travelers with restaurants and space for various functions, a Thai restaurant, a lobby lounge, Regency Club Lounge, a swimming pool, a fitness center, and a 1,300-sqm area for a ballroom and function rooms.

The group also owns 2 provincial resort hotels: Sheraton Huahin Resort and Spa Resort, a 240-room property on Hua Hin beach; and Sheraton Huahin Pranburi Villa Pool housing 54 villas with private pools. In 2019, a new hotel will be unveiled in Rayong, to embrace the Eastern Economic Corridor. The mixed-use project valued Bt5,700 million on a 100-rai area consists of a villa condominium and a 5-star hotel with 209 rooms.

The group's hotel business entails a famous hotel and ski resort on Hokkaido, Japan. Kiroro Resort is a world-class ski resort near Sapporo, only 90 minutes from Chitose Airport. The ski resort houses 2 Marriott properties which are the 282-room Kiroro Tribute Portfolio, the first luxury hotel in Asia Pacific under 'Tribute Portfolio" brand; and Sheraton Hokkaido Kiroro Resort, a 5-star 140-room hotel located next to a ski area.
