Official description

A very warm welcome to Saint John's International School. For over 20 years we have been providing high quality international education to both Thai and non-Thai students in Bangkok. The focus of this education has always been about learning and growth, academically and socially and as individuals. We are able to achieve this through providing a safe, secure and nurturing environment, alongside qualified, experienced and dedicated teachers and support staff. One of the most important aspects and benefits of international education is being able to communicate in English. At SJIS we take our responsibility for developing our students English skills very seriously and pride ourselves on the quality and standard of our English language teaching and support.

We use the University of Cambridge series of exams as a method of externally verifying the English standard of our students. We use the English National Curriculum to provide the standards and learning outcomes for all of our students. Our primary school follows the International Primary Curriculum (IPC), which is followed in Middle School with the International Middle School Curriculum (IMYC). Throughout our high school students work towards obtaining our high school diploma, with the option to sit the GCSE exams. We prepare all of our students to be successful in our increasingly globalized world.
