WayV, a hot rookie group from China, will meet their Thai fans for the first time during the "2019 WayV Fanmeeting Tour 'Section#1_We Are Your Vision' – in Bangkok" at the Thunder Dome, Muang Thong Thani, on Dec 14 at 6pm and Dec 15 at 5pm.
Presented by SM True, this is the first fan meeting outside of China after the boy band made their debut with the digital EP The Vision, in January this year. Its lead single, Regular, peaked at No.9 on China's largest music site, QQ Music, and No.3 on the US World chart.
In May, they launched their first mini album, Take Off, which topped the iTunes Top Albums chart in 30 countries, setting the highest record for the Chinese male idol group. Their second mini album, Take Over The Moon, was released only a month ago. Its lead single, Moonwalk, featuring a fusion of orchestral melodies and intense trap sounds, topped the Chinese QQ chart and iTunes' Top Album Chart in 16 regions.
WayV is a Chinese-based subunit of South Korean boy band NCT. It's comprised of Kun, Winwin, Ten, Lucas, Hendery, Xiaojun and Yangyang, who will send fans over the Moon with their exclusive stories, unique charms, multiple talents, colourful music and powerful performances.
