Another resurrection for Death of a Salesman

ARTS & ENTERTAINMENT

Anybody who missed out on Death of a Salesman's reunion at the Cat T-shirt event, now is your chance to see them again playing a full live set at "The Last Live! At De Commune With Death Of A Salesman". Organised by HAVE YOU HEARD?, the concert will be held on Oct 30 at De Commune, Liberty Building, Thong Lor.

Death of a Salesman is a hugely popular indie duo from the 2000s featuring songwriter and guitarist Prin and lead singer Krachai, who formed the band in their high school years. Their first album, Death Of A Salesman in 2002, with its indie rock/pop/experimental vibe exploded onto the music scene. However, after the duo released Death Of A Salesman Live, the group went into hiatus for many years.

In September, they surprised fans by featuring Theodior Gaston from the band Flure on bass, Pimporn Metchanun from Yellow Fang on keyboards, and even manga artist Wisut Ponnimit on drums. This new line-up will be reunited for a special show at De Commune, with the band promising to play hits like Spin, Lifeboat and The New Day, plus new songs never heard before.

The new line-up will be supported by Varis and DOGWHINE, who are both fresh on the scene.

"The Last Live! At De Commune With Death Of A Salesman" also marks the final live event by De Commune, a beloved live house for indie music at Liberty Building, Thong Lor, before relocating.
