Thirty rooms at the InterContinental Bangkok Sukhumvit will be transformed into exhibition spaces during Hotel Art Fair 2024, which will open for public viewing on Friday from 11am to 5pm and Saturday to Sunday from 11am to 10pm.
Organised by Farmgroup, this eighth edition aims to connect people with shared interests in arts, music and lifestyle under the concept of "Human" to embrace beauty and realisation of humankind's existence in the era of AI.
The exhibition will take viewers on a journey in the world of arts where they can get up close and exchange perspectives and unique ideas with the creators.
The contemporary artworks on exhibit have been selected from art galleries and artists from across Thailand and the Asia Pacific region, as well as celebrity curators -- Korn Thongtour and Pramote "Oat" Pathan.
A renowned architect from Brownhouses, Korn will showcase his personal paintings that have never been revealed before, while singer/actor Pramote will present his art collection featuring works by his favourite artists and designer toys, all curated in a uniquely personal room style.
Among the participating galleries and artists whose artworks will be displayed in 30 rooms, covering the 14th and 15th floor of the hotel will be A+ Works of Art, Bearwolf Art, Collab Space, De' Lapae Art Space Narathiwat, Farm Fellas, G13 Gallery, Joyman Gallery, La Lanta Fine Art, Moon Landing, Nomadwalls Gallery, Pomme Chan, Street Star Gallery, Turn Kanama and Friends, and Vairsol.
There will also be a special zone featuring the works of art students from the University of the Thai Chamber of Commerce, King Mongkut's Institute of Technology Ladkrabang, and Chulalongkorn University.
