After the huge success of her first fan meeting in the Kingdom last year, Korean-American singer Tiffany Young will be back in Thailand for "Tiffany Young 'Open Hearts Eve' Concert in Bangkok" at Thunder Dome, Muang Thong Thani, on Aug 17 at 6pm.
Presented by Feoh Thailand and Transparent Arts, this will be the first full-scale concert for Thai fans by the former Girls' Generation star, who left the band last year to focus on her solo career.
The 29-year-old will perform all five tracks from Lips On Lips, her latest EP, which debuted at no. 9 on Billboard's Heatseekers Albums chart after its release in February. Her first solo EP, I Just Wanna Dance, peaked at no. 10 on the same chart in 2016. Lips On Lips has also been a big hit in South Korea where it is certified Platinum.
As part of her promotion for the new release, Tiffany toured North America in March, where tickets to all of her eight shows sold out. Also this year, she became the first Asian singer to win Best Solo Breakout at the iHeartRadio Music Awards. In addition to this, she has been nominated for the Brazil MTV Awards in the K-pop Explosion category.
Tickets cost 2,000, 3,000, 4,000, 5,000 and 5,800 baht and will be available from all Thai Ticket Major outlets (visit thaiticketmajor.com) on Sunday from 10am.
