The Association of Siamese Architects under Royal Patronage is holding the ASA Real Estate Forum 2019 at the Royal Paragon Hall 3 of Siam Paragon, Rama I, this Friday Nov 8 from 9.30am-4.30pm.

Held under the theme "Smart And Innovative Cities For All", the second edition of the public forum will cover many topics delivered by Thai experts who will share their perspectives on smart city establishment.

The first topic will be "Cities For All" conducted by Dr Passakon Prathombutr, director of the Digital Economy Promotion Agency; Dr Krithpaka Boonfueng, deputy executive director of National Innovation Agency; and Suriyon Thinkitjanukit from the Office of the National Economic and Social Development Council; from 10.30am to noon.

Former prime minister Abhisit Vejjajiva will discuss "The Future Of Thailand: Innovation City For All" at 1pm and former deputy prime minister Suwat Liptapanlop will touch on "Thailand: Country Of Opportunities & Equality" at 2pm.

The next topic will be "Smart & Innovative Cities" presented by city renovation experts including Pornnarit Chuanchaisit, president of the Thai Real Estate Association and Thapana Boonyapravit, president of the Thai Association of Town Planning, from 2.30pm to 3.30pm.

The forum will conclude with "Urban Tech" featuring Unchana Wanlipakorn from Baania (Thailand) and Assist Prof Gardee Liaopairoj from Icora. They will discuss the real estate big data era and blockchain technology in real estate, from 3.30pm to 4.30pm.
