Café heaven returns to the city's most prestigious address as Anantara Siam Bangkok Hotel opens the doors to newly refurbished Mocha & Muffins, its signature destination for all things delightful, complete with an exciting new menu.
The new-look design concept recalls the nostalgia of a Thai-style grandmother's dessert shop, and guests are welcomed to the rustic, cosy interior with the smell of freshly baked treats. In a beautiful balance of chic and natural, the finishes include environmentally friendly handmade glazed clay tile walls and a statement marble slab counter, as well as touches of antique copper, craft woodwork and Jim Thompson throw pillows. Furnished with custom pieces and original art depicting stories inspired by nature and desserts, Mocha & Muffins sets a tone of sophistication and warmth. Floor-to-ceiling windows overlook the surrounding courtyard garden and guests can dine in with a view of the open kitchen, al fresco on the spacious new terrace or simply grab and go.
Designed by Chef AJ, the new menu features freshly baked cakes, pastries and bread, as well as ice cream, milk shakes and a range of hearty and healthy options including rotisserie chicken, soups, sandwiches and build-your-own salads. Carefully crafted single origin coffee and slow pressed juices are made fresh, while a range of artisan beers and wines await those looking for a different kind of pick-me-up.
The brand new Mocha & Muffins is located on 1st floor, Anantara Siam Bangkok Hotel (BTS Ratchadamri), open from 7am-8pm daily.
