Err, the upmarket street food casual restaurant from Michelin-starred Bo.Ian has partnered with Chalawan to launch Err Chalawan in Phuket. Yes, you heard that right. Good food and beer on an island in the sun, what's not to love?
Opened in old Phuket town, Err Chalawan serves up Thai-style izakaya treats and craft beers on tap. Full Moon will sling a regular line-up of beers alongside ever changing experimental brews and a few beers from friends. Think pickles, grilled meat on sticks, fried food and a few southern dishes -- Moo ping with grilled sticky rice and satay, Curry fritter of greens and Crispy trotters, roast chicken and grilled lettuce, to name a few.
The focus, as with the mother restaurant, will be on quality ingredients sourced from ethical local producers, whether it's the flavouring of the beers or the seafood in the curry.
