During the current Covid-19 pandemic, Nicolas Vivin the entrepreneurial founder of VIVIN Grocery / VIVIN Food, along with his business partner wife, Samantha Proyrungtong, have taken their stand-alone boutique grocery store on the road, supplying their bakery, organic vegetables, cheese and charcuterie to the people by way of a refrigerated mobile grocery on wheels.
VIVIN Grocery Food Truck moves from one key location to the next every weekend, in order to reach different communities who can benefit from healthy, organic, natural grocery. The truck is parked at locations that are open-air and shaded. They are also reaching out for help to find the most suitable, private locations.
VIVIN Grocery reveals weekly on its social media pages where it will pop-up their operations.
When the VIVIN Grocery Food Truck team opens up the back of the truck they reveal supply shelves and crates filled with quality essentials and delicacies; free-range eggs, certified organic vegetables, jams and chutneys, bread and pastries (baked that morning) along with plenty of local Thai, artisanal cheese and cold cuts.
