To help bring back happiness to farmers who have been affected by the Covid-19 outbreak, Siam Paragon is holding the "Thai Chuay Thai Kue Thai Tae @ Yim Pai Duay Kan" fruit fair until July 26.

A collaboration with the Thai Chamber of Commerce, this is a marketplace in which 160 farmers and local traders from all five regions of Thailand will take turns to sell farm produce at the Parc Paragon, without rental fees.

Each week will feature a gathering of fresh fruits, processed agricultural products, consumer goods and souvenirs from each region.

Available until tomorrow are fresh and processed fruits and outstanding products from the central and eastern regions including Pa La-u durian, date, pomelo, organic melon, traditional Thai sweets, herbal products and cotton mud cloth.

From Thursday to July 14, prepare to shop for Phu Khao Fai or Volcano durian, seedless watermelon, pure white Hokkaido sweet corn, chilli paste, Pon Yang Kham beef and natural dyed cotton from the Northeast.

After this, expect to see interesting products from the North as passion fruits, avocado, rice, processed agricultural products, dried fish, Thai fabric and sarong silk with teen jok pattern, appear between July 15-20.

The last week will feature Tubtim Siam pomelo, Sang Yod rice, grilled pork from Trang, salted Indian salmon and Tub Lee steamed bun from the South.
