For the launch of its latest Pasha de Cartier collection, Cartier has gathered five unique personalities who are changing the codes of success by forging exceptional, new and diverse paths of creativity.

The new generation of talents includes LGBTI singer Troye Sivan; fashion icon Willow Smith; Chinese singer Jackson Wang, a member of K-pop band GOT7; as well as Maisie Williams, who starred as Arya Stark in Game Of Thrones; and Rami Malek, who received the Academy Awards for Bohemian Rhapsody.

Cartier chose the five for their multidisciplinary approach, open-mindedness and strong connections.

According to the French luxury house, their ambitions are as bold as the extrovert Pasha de Cartier watch.

Cartier stepped outside of the box of classic horology by challenging the predominance of round shapes in favour of a nonconformist timepiece that harmoniously brings opposites together.

With its distinctive design codes, the Pasha de Cartier watch was launched in 1985.

The reinterpretation features the assertive graphic signature, a square filigree rail-track in the circle of its dial, four bold Arabic numerals, and a bracelet accentuated by the clous de Paris.

True to the original model but even more sophisticated with its chained crown featuring a blue spinel or sapphire, interchangeable strap and possibilities of personalisation, the 2020 versions are classic yet contemporary and as edgy as ever.

Produced in steel, yellow gold, pink gold and set with diamonds, the Pasha de Cartier collection includes variations in 35mm and 41mm, bejewelled pieces as well as skeleton models.
