Even after the easing of Covid-19 restrictions, people should continue to make self-care a priority.
"We shouldn't just focus on a wellness routine when a pandemic comes along, as keeping healthy can help ward off other diseases. A wellness routine is a basic human requirement. It's so much more than dietary intake and exercising. It should wholly be your lifestyle," said Renee Grandi, a clinical naturopath and nutritionist at Chiva-Som International Health Resort, located in the seaside town of Hua Hin.
Earlier this year, the award-winning health resort launched its online wellness services for people staying at home to keep fit during the pandemic.
The ongoing programme will include sessions this month and next, conducted in English at 3pm on scheduled dates.
