Following its huge success last year, the "Taste Of Mater Dei" fair will return to Quartier Avenue on the ground floor of EmQuartier, from Thursday to Sunday, from 10am to 10pm.
Held to mark Mater Dei School's 92nd anniversary by the Mater Dei Alumnae Association under the Royal Patronage of HM the King, this is the second chance for both alumnae and current students to show off their culinary skills through dishes, desserts and refreshments, which will be available at more than 50 kiosks.
Also expect to see goodies and products from many alumnae-owned business entities. They include The Thai Dairy Industry, which will create a special recipe of ice cream to be served along with pa thong koh (Chinese doughnut) for this event; and ABC Bites x NH Coffee which will bring healthy and premium-grade sliced crispy pork and coffee beans from Doi Saket.

Visitors can also indulge with French-style homemade croissants and baked items from Le Pere Bakery; Italian lasagna from Angel & Stone; a legendary recipe of khao chae (rice in ice water) from Ran Khao Chae Khanom Thian Khun Yai; and premium pineapple tarts from Aulala.
Other interesting dishes include stew pies, pâté and lasagna from Tessa Shop; buttermilk waffles from Little Hut; pâté and European cookies from Ann & Pew MD57; fried and steamed mantou served with fresh chilli or chilli paste from Mantou Sor Shop; homemade cookies from Wantsomecookiess; ice cream and drinks made from Yuzu orange and honey from Honey Nuka; and croissants and dips from T2A shop.
Eau Hua Suki Boran, hailed as the first suki restaurant in Thailand, will also be there to serve their signature dishes while Mham Mu shop will present caramel-based pork served with butterfly pea flower sticky rice
