You don't need to go as far as Four Seasons Resort Bali at Sayan in Indonesia to get a wellness experience from its internationally qualified resident teachers as two of them will conduct complimentary virtual sessions, open to the public around the world, via @fsbali Live Instagram, on Saturday at 3pm Bangkok time.

Held to mark Global Wellness Day on June 12, the first session will be a 45-minute meditation session focused on increasing awareness and mindfulness to boost resilience. It will be conducted on the treetop lotus pond at the Balinese resort hotel by its resident wellness mentor and former Buddhist nun Heny Ferawati, known informally as Ibu Fera.

Afterwards, spa and wellness manager Faraaz Tanveer will present a qigong session amid the rice fields of Dhamma Shanti Bale, a tropical yoga pavilion at the resort, on June 30 also at 3pm. This is the first of nine monthly "Live Well" experiences curated by Four Seasons Resorts of Asia. Awarded Asia's Best Spa Manager in the 2020 Hall of Wellness Awards, Faraaz is a qualified qigong, meditation, yoga and reiki teacher, and leads one of the most dynamic teams on the island.

The series will continue the last Wednesday of each month through December, featuring on-site experts from Bali, Maldives, Langkawi, Thailand and Vietnam Resorts.
