After an eight-year hiatus, Koh Samui will bring back its popular annual jazz festival featuring a superb line-up of leading local and international jazz artists, from June 7-12.

Titled "Samui Summer Jazz 2022", the new festival presents six separate performances by artists from the Netherlands, US and Thailand, at six of the island's leading 5-star resorts and clubs.

Concerts will each feature two 50-minute sets and the hosting resort or club will provide drinks and canapes, or a buffet lunch or dinner, as a package for ticket holders. Hotel-stay packages will also be available.

The week-long delight will kick-off with the opening night featuring the New York Round Midnight Orchestra at W Koh Samui, on June 7. Comprising musicians from the cream of the Dutch jazz scene, the swinging jazz big band will take everyone back to jazz's heyday. Tickets cost 1,500 baht including drinks and canapes.
