Hotelux debuts in Thailand

Following successful launches in Singapore and Japan, Hotelux, a paid membership hotel reservation app specialising in luxury hotels, has landed in the Land of Smiles.

At their fingertips, Hotelux offers its members insider access to the finest names in luxury. Imagine having a personal premium concierge on your smartphone that connects with a portfolio of acclaimed luxury hotel groups. Best of all, users who are also members of existing hotel loyalty programmes — such as Marriott’s Bonvoy, Hilton’s Honours and Hyatt’s World of Hyatt — can get two types of points, earning both hotel loyalty programme points and app points.

Participating luxury hotel and resort brands are Four Seasons, Capella, Waldorf Astoria, The Ritz-Carlton, Park Hyatt, Rosewood, Mandarin Oriental, The Peninsula, Aman, Six Senses, Banyan Tree and more.

The app tips you off with the best available room rates and Hotelux does not collect money on the hotel’s behalf. All bookings are made directly with the hotel, meaning a last-minute change can be made without a fuss.

For an annual fee of US$199 (B7,562), members can reap exclusive benefits, including daily complimentary breakfast, up to $100 in hotel dining or spa credit per stay, room upgrade, payment upon check-in, flexible cancellation policy and check-in and check-out. Activities that come with the fee include getting guests in touch with nature, indulging in local gastronomy and enjoying wellness experiences. Of course, Hotelux points can also be redeemed for perks. Sign up via hoteluxapp.com.
