Chopard recently reopened its boutique in Bangkok at Siam Paragon. Hosting the opening event were Pierre Millereau, Chopard's managing director of Asia & Oceania; and Suthin Jiramaneekul, president of S.T. Diamond. The event was also graced by friends of the maison, distinguished guests and media as well as celebrities such as Kanawut Traipipattanapong and Taksaorn Paksukcharern.

A gala dinner was also held to honour this special occasion. Kanklao Duaysianklao and models collaborated in presenting a selection of unique timepieces and jewellery from the Red Carpet Collection designed by Caroline Scheufele, co-president and artistic director of Chopard for the 76th Cannes Festival held in May this year.

This collection is inspired through the celebration of the Seven Arts, being architecture, sculpture, painting, music, literature, dance and cinema. Kanklao appeared elegantly in a luxurious dress from Caroline's Couture, created especially for this collection.

After the 3-month facelift, the newly minted boutique echoes the new design philosophy affectionately known as "Maison". To reflect the cherished traditions of a family-run business, each boutique is inspired by the concept of a private residence so customers naturally feel at home. The concept "Maison" is the brainchild of Caroline and Karl-Friedrich Scheufele as part of a long-term strategy to differentiate themselves from the competition.
