Quince Bangkok continues its new tradition of celebrating American independence, complete with fun and tasty bites, live music, drink specials and plenty of sparklers, on July 4 from 5-10.30pm.

American chef Shane Reichenbach will be drawing inspiration from favourite Chinese-American dishes to curate a fun and flavourful menu containing classic comfort food including cheesy crab rangoon with spicy plum sauce, chef's favourite General Tso's chicken and Surin Thai wagyu beef and broccoli.

Chef Shane is an innovator in eclectic fusion cuisine, incorporating diverse culinary techniques and drawing on nearly 14 years of professional cooking experience. His speciality is in combining ingredients in unexpected and skilful ways to create memorable flavour profiles.

Comprising nine dishes, this set menu follows the principles of American-style Chinese takeaway perfectly, delicious indulgent food at a reasonable price of 1,390 baht. Vegetarian options and other special dietary requirements are available with prior notice.

For refreshment, Beervana will be in attendance pouring their tasty micro-brews and Wine Garage will select some special wines to match the fun energy of the evening.

All pre-bookings will receive a fresh squeezed "Gin'n'Juice" welcome drink or mocktail of their preference courtesy of Iron Balls Gin. Seating starts at 5pm and will go until late. Pre-bookings are highly recommended.

Quince Bangkok is located in the Siri House property, Soi Somkid, Phloenchit Road.
