Following its Bangkok debut in 2022 and a sold-out race in Malaysia last year, the "Asics Meta: Time: Trials" is making its way back to Thailand with a 10km race to be held at Suphachalasai National Stadium, Rama I Road, on Sept 22.

Local runners of all abilities can enjoy the opportunity to race in what is hailed as one of the fastest 10km road races in Southeast Asia, to clock a new personal best or simply join in the fun and soak in the atmosphere of the action-packed event.

Held with support of the Athletics Association of Thailand, "Asics Meta: Time: Trials Thailand 2024" will see top regional Asics athletes and SEA Games medallists like Robi Syanturi from Indonesia, Sonny Wagdos from the Philippines, Goh Chui Ling from Singapore and local fan favourites Tony Payne and Woraphan Nuanlsri racing alongside one another in the attempt to beat their personal bests and win the championship.

The first three runners who make it to the finish line will be awarded a cash prize worth 3,000, 5,000 and 8,000 baht. All of them including the fourth and fifth runners will also receive Asics products worth 6,500 baht.

The registration fee is 800 baht, including an Asics T-shirt and a coveted finisher medal, which serves as a tangible symbol of the runner's achievement and commitment.

Registrations should be made via bit.ly/3JUXMyq by Sept 8. Visit facebook.com/ASICSThailand.
