Central Department Store recently opened Beauty Galerie at Central Chidlom, a new beauty destination that showcases a comprehensive collection of over 150 world-class beauty brands and services, catering to both Thai and international customers across generations.
Spanning more than 6,000m², Beauty Galerie was designed by leading architects presenting a unique aesthetic under the concept of "Garden of Roses" with luxurious pink Terrazzo texture. One of the highlights at the launch event was the introduction of Thailand's first AI beauty service, Nisa AI Beauty Advisor. This innovative system provides personalised beauty recommendations through a Holovue Interactive Holographic Display to redefine and expand the boundaries of shopping for beauty customers.
Highlights of Beauty Galerie include Thailand's launch of Prada Beauty and Hera, a Korean luxury makeup brand; exclusive brands including Augustinus Bader and Officine Universelle Buly; new boutique concepts for various brands including Dior, Chanel, and La Mer's first flagship store in Thailand; Gucci's shop-in-shop counter; Guerlain's largest Ultimate Boutique in the country; and Jo Malone London's new boutique. The Beauty Galerie also features engraving services from brands like Jo Malone London, Guerlain, and YSL for personalised products and beauty technologies and innovations from leading brands such as Lancôme, Estée Lauder, Shiseido, La Mer and Kiehl's.

The launch event also coincided with Central Beauty Awards 2024. Now in its third edition, the awards honoured top beauty products from 500 renowned brands, backed by the votes of 150,000 beauty enthusiasts nationwide.
Beauty lovers were also invited to make their voices heard by sharing impressions of their favourite items and vote for 17 beauty items from over 500 choices across various categories, including skincare, makeup, perfume, and eco-friendly products. This year included two new special categories: men's skincare and luxury beauty.
Also, Nisa AI Beauty Advisor was introduced at the event. It leverages AI technology to offer personalised beauty recommendations tailored to individual skin concerns. This innovative service, developed by generative AI experts at CREatiVE, delivers a hyper-realistic, real-time interactive experience.
