Ramathibodi Foundation has joined hands with Sesame Street and world-famous characters Elmo, Bigbird and Cookie Monster for the launch of a new lovable and cheerful charitable memorabilia collection available at the Ramathibodi Foundation.
All proceeds will be given to help impoverished patients and the purchase of medical equipment for the Faculty of Medicine under Ramathibodi Hospital.
Sesame Street is an American educational children's television series that premiered in 1969. The main characters incorporated into the new charitable memorabilia collection are unique in their own ways. Elmo is a three-and-a-half-year-old red-haired monster with a big orange nose who is fun and enthusiastic. He is also kind, loves to make new friends and likes reading, singing and composing tales.
Bigbird is a six-and-a-half-year-old large-sized bird -- as his name suggests -- who is lively, cheerful and optimistic. He loves to help people. However, he always says something wrong and this turns into a habit. His hobbies include reading, dancing, listening to music and sports. On the contrary, Cookie Monster -- a blue fluffy character -- is usually ferocious, hot-tempered and manipulative. He eats everything that stands in his way, especially cookies, his favourite snack that always makes him lose control. Cooking is his forte. The trio create a perfectly colourful vibe for the foundation's charitable memorabilia collection.
Products in this new collection range from clothes and accessories and household items to stationery. Highlights include 100% cotton ultra-soft and comfortable T-shirts (250 baht available in red, blue, yellow, black and dark blue), micro-peach jackets with a tapered waist and sleeves (750 baht, available in green and dark blue), foldable bucket hats (399 baht, available in dark blue, red and white), polyester foldable bags (159 baht, available in red, white and multicolour), white canvas bags with adjustable shoulder straps (299 baht), foldable bags with bearing capacity of 5kg (399 baht, available in dark blue and red), a two-piece ceramic mug set (320 baht), a set of three-piece ceramic plates (599 baht), two-layer food-grade stainless-steel thermos (359 baht, available in white, dark blue and black), notebooks (139 baht, available in yellow, dark blue and red), notepads (69 baht, available in yellow, blue and red), and many more.
