By popular demand, Summer Palace at the InterContinental Bangkok has extended its highly sought-after All-You-Can-Eat Dim Sum experience to both lunch and dinner. Whether you're dining in the afternoon or evening, you can indulge in a delectable selection of authentic Hong Kong dim sum, meticulously prepared by Executive Chinese Chef Yau Sui Wing.

Priced at just THB 1,150++ per person, this extensive menu offers a variety of dim sum favourites crafted using traditional techniques, including steaming, baking, stir-frying, and deep-frying. Each dish presents an authentic taste of Cantonese cuisine, imbued with Chef Yau’s culinary expertise and passion for quality.

Chef Yau Sui Wing, a native of Hong Kong, brings over 30 years of international culinary experience to Summer Palace. Renowned for his mastery in both fusion and traditional Cantonese cuisine, Chef Yau is a two-time recipient of Michelin accolades from Hong Kong and Shanghai. His deep understanding of flavours and commitment to excellence shine through in every dish.

Guests can expect to savour steamed classics such as Ha Gao prawn dumplings, as well as a sophisticated black truffle dumpling with vegetables and fresh mushrooms. The menu also features wok-fried turnip cake, served with Chef Yau’s signature XO sauce, and a baked fresh milk and egg white tart for a sweet finish. Crispy deep-fried options include king crab meat and avocado spring rolls, and chive, scallop, and shrimp mini pancakes, each delivering crunchy, flavourful bites.

Beyond dim sum, the All-You-Can-Eat experience includes appetisers, soups, main courses, and desserts. Starters such as barbecued pork ribs with honey sauce and jellyfish with chilli and cucumber are complemented by soups like the hot and sour Sichuan soup with shrimp. For mains, guests can choose from dishes like chicken fried rice with salted fish and wok-fried egg noodles with roasted duck and XO sauce. To round off the meal, desserts include black sesame dumplings with ginger tea and chilled sago with pomelo.

Available daily, the All-You-Can-Eat Dim Sum menu is served at Summer Palace for lunch from 11:30 to 14:30, and for dinner from 18:00 to 22:30. Summer Palace, located on the mezzanine level of InterContinental Bangkok, offers a sophisticated and elegant setting, ideal for both business lunches and leisurely dining.
