The Hope Fair is holding another boutique pop-up market at the Ballroom, 7th floor of Avani Sukhumvit Bangkok, Sukhumvit Road, today from 11am to 8pm.
Featuring a truly heartfelt and community-centric shopping experience, the one-day-only event is an opportunity to explore bespoke products and crafts made by a collection of local artisans, passionate entrepreneurs, culinary experts and independent artists.
With over 100 local and regional partners, the Hope Fair prides itself on curating a market filled with meaningful, creative products produced in small batches, many of which are handmade. Whether it's homeware goods, creative jewellery, elegant accessories, artisanal crafts, tempting pastries, tasty snacks or succulent delights, guests can find something to enjoy or as a thoughtful gift for others.
This year marks the 10th anniversary of Hope Fair, and all are invited to join the celebration. For its 10th year, the event has brought conscious shopping experiences to Bangkok, championing the city's artisans and entrepreneurs.
Most importantly, it has maintained its decade-long connection to The Mercy Centre, an organisation dedicated to supporting underprivileged individuals living in the Klong Toey slums -- one of Bangkok's most vulnerable communities. Since its inception, the Hope Fair has donated over 1 million baht to the centre.
These funds have been used for school repairs and to care for the blind, senior citizens and school-aged children.
Visitors are also encouraged to bring donations, such as used clothes and household items which will be collected and distributed to those in need.
There is no admission fee. Visit thehopefair.com.
