Gourmet Market and Gourmet Eats have become a festive market for fresh vegetarian food and ingredients from famous sources and markets across the country during the "Gourmet J -- The Legend" campaign, which is running at all branches, until Friday.
Available at every Gourmet Market are more than 2,200 items of high-quality, fresh produce sourced from farms, such as a variety of mushroom, cabbage, Japanese pumpkin, fancy tomatoes, Chinese broccoli, Australian carrot, kale and Chinese-style noodles.
Highlights include a variety of tofu by famous shops from Bangkok (Saphanmai Market), Ratchaburi (Photharam Market), Songkhla and Nakhon Pathom. Ready-to-eat dishes include pickled cabbage by Jae Daeng shop, betel leaves soaked in brine by Charoen shop, pickled mustard greens by Sukanya shop, pickled turnips from the 100-year-old Wat Jed Samian Market, as well as vegan cakes.
The food court and take-home section at every Gourmet Eats (excluding Emsphere) are serving over 1,000 meatless signatures by 150 famous street food vendors. Among the participating shops are Tonklar Facai, Thip Samai Pad Thai Pratu Phi (only at Paragon), Gamsai Salapao, Nai Uan Yentafo Bateng Saochingcha, Kao Dang Kang Ron, Cho Leng, Dao Hu Sawasdee and Heng Yot Pak Kin Mai Ru Im.
More meat-free dishes by popular shops are presented at Gourmet Hall of Paragon and The Mall Lifestore Bang Kapi and Bang Khae. Among the highlight shops are Khao Tom Plaengnam, Chuikuai Talad Noi, Jae Eng Kaproh Pla Talat Phlu, Jae Nee Puek Hima and Ama Bakery.
