Festive feasts are more than just food—they’re moments to cherish with loved ones, where every detail counts, from delicious bites to the perfect table setting. Whether it’s bite-sized smoked salmon dill canapés or a refreshing bowl of som tam paired with your favourite wine, the festive season is all about bringing people together. And for tableware that delights the eyes as much as the taste buds, Royal Porcelain has unveiled a refreshed retail shop concept and exciting twists to its collections.
Among its highlights is the “Ramakien” collection in Gift Section, a stunning tribute to traditional Thai leather puppets (Nang Talung), featuring intricate patterns in Royal Porcelain’s signature blue-and-white colour scheme. Another collection “Song of the South”, inspired by the head of designer’s cherished memories of Southern Thailand, features unique clay-like designs depicting wildlife, available in four variations.
As Christmas and New Year approach, Royal Porcelain introduces “Royal Porcelain Home” at its flagship store on Ploenchit Road. Inspired by the vibrant themes of Southern Thailand, this newly revamped space offers a warm and inviting atmosphere with friendly staff ready to guide customers. The shop is divided into four distinct sections, showcasing an extensive range of plates, bowls, dishes, candle holders, and more, tailored to diverse styles and preferences.
For modern entertainers, the “Gourmet” section offers casual, versatile dining sets perfect for urban living or intimate dinner parties. Customers can curate sets of 4-5 pieces for just THB 1,000, ideal for serving everything from mushroom soup to classic Thai favourites like pad see ew or khao man gai.
The Premium section caters to the hospitality industry (HoReCa), with pieces starting at THB 500 and complete collections reaching up to THB 5,000. Minimalists will love the White Family collection, which features simple, elegant designs enhanced with gold or platinum accents or subtle circular textures.
Looking ahead, Royal Porcelain will launch over 30 new collections in 2025, including an eco-range “Eco Collection” designed to support sustainability through the use of recycled ceramic waste. These eco-friendly sets promise the same smooth finish and durability Royal Porcelain is known for, while contributing to global environmental efforts.
Royal Porcelain has a long tradition of blending artistry and innovation. From Valentine’s Day and Chinese New Year collections to tropical summer designs, the brand celebrates festivals year-round with unique seasonal creations. Collaborations with local artists further elevate its offerings, setting trends that enhance the dining experience.
In 2025, the brand plans to capture the “soul of dining” through partnerships with local Thai chefs, encouraging diners to enjoy their favourite dishes on any piece from the collection. Under the vision of its designer Rene Ozorio, Marketing and Product Design Director, who brings extensive expertise from the European dining industry, Royal Porcelain continues to redefine the art of dining.
Founded in 1983 and becoming a public company in 2000, Royal Porcelain operates six retail showrooms in Bangkok and Phuket, with its head office at Mahatun Plaza, Ploenchit Road. As the brand evolves, its commitment to quality, style, and sustainability remains unwavering—ensuring your festive table settings are as memorable as the moments they celebrate.
