A “Grillin’ & Chillin’ Christmas” begins on Dec 24 with a BBQ party on the Outdoor Terrace and live entertainment. “Moxy Midnight Magic” will be on New Year’s Eve where arcade games, DJ sets and live performances will be on offer. Indulge in a premium buffet. On Dec 28, the “Moxy: We’ve Got Brunch!” will offer café chill-out vibes, savoury dishes, sweet treats and live DJ tunes.

On Dec 24, a “Seaside Christmas Eve Dinner Buffet” will be staged Prego By The Beach. There will be live entertainment, fire dance performances and Christmas carols, along with face-painting, balloon-making and more for kids. Enjoy an early bird discount if booked by Dec 17. The “Midnight Gold – New Year’s Eve 2025” on Dec 31 will be at Siray Square. A bountiful buffet with a live band and DJ, dazzling shows and a fire dance will ring in the new year along with a fireworks display. Book by Dec 20 for an early bird discount.

Until Jan 5, Front Room will have a four-course modern Thai tasting menu. From Dec 19-31, Bull & Bear offers Hokkaido scallops with polenta, and 48-hour Wagyu short rib, alongside signature classic cuts including Kagoshima Wagyu tenderloin A5. On Dec 24-25, a minimum spend is required. On Dec 31, two seating options are offered with a minimum spend. From Dec 19-31, The Loft is offering festive cocktails such as Berry Bliss, Mallow Santa and Sugar & Spice. The Brasserie is offering a four-course dinner on Dec 24 and on Dec 31, ring in the New Year with a semi-buffet. There is also a New Year’s Day Brunch.

On Dec 24-25 at Amber Kitchen, indulge in the Family Lunch Buffet or the Family Dinner Buffet. Siam Bakery will also offer a full festive treat, as will Big Fish & Bar. For a romantic celebration, book the “Exclusive Festive Beach Cabanas”. On Dec 31, apart from the buffets and set meals at all the dining outlets, there will be a “Countdown Party”.

The “Feliz Festiva” programme will run from Dec 24 to Jan 1. Luz Bangkok Tapas Bar’s Christmas Eve set menu kicks off with Scallops with caramelised onion and Iberian ham. The New Year’s Eve menu begins with Smoked salmon blini with tartar sauce. The Kites Eatery will serve a buffet dinner on Christmas Eve, a New Year’s Eve buffet, and a buffet brunch on New Year’s Day. Bid farewell to 2024 at the Giant Swing Bar for a night of rooftop fun and music from live DJs on Dec 31. With a “Sparkle And Glitter” dress code, the Rooftop Party’s tickets include a glass of sparkling wine. An exclusive “VIP Lounge” table package is also available.

From Dec 10, little ones can help to decorate the resort’s “Wonderous Sea” Christmas tree and a full day of festive arts, crafts and games can be enjoyed on Christmas Eve and Day, including face painting, origami, gingerbread decorating, musical chairs and movie time. Santa Claus will also be dropping in to delight children with a sack full of presents. On Dec 31, Boho Thai Lifestyle Café will set the stage for a Ring into New Year — New Year’s Eve Buffet Dinner. On Dec 30-31 and on Jan 1, kids will be treated to a fun-filled schedule at Junio Kids’ Club. Countdown To Midnight By The Beach New Year’s Eve party, includes a live DJ, fire show and fireworks.

Each of the resort’s three restaurants are offering a colourful variety of dining options from Dec 24-26. Sands is offering a three-course set lunch and a five-course set dinner (or seven-course vegetarian alternative), while Saffron hosts set evening dinners. The Edge’s buffet menu offers Western and Eastern cuisine and Christmas surprises. The “A Night Under The Sea Party Night” on New Year’s Eve begins with a five-course dinner.

A Christmas Eve Gala Dinner will be hosted at The Naga Kitchen. A Gala Dinner and Countdown Party with live entertainment, an extravagant buffet and selected free-flow alcoholic beverages will be held on Dec 31 at The Naga Kitchen.
InterContinental Bangkok
The Christmas set menu is available on Christmas Eve for dinner and on Christmas Day at lunch. Summer Palace is putting its signature modern twist on Chinese classics for Christmas Eve and Christmas Day set meals. Espresso is offering a Christmas Eve lunch buffet and dinner. Head chef Dominic Hong’s has festive dishes at SoCal. The Festive À la carte menu is an array of flavours available until Dec 28. On Christmas Eve, enjoy a live piano performance with carol singers and the sweet sounds of Coco LaShaun. On Christmas Day, carolers will begin singing before the live piano plays, followed by the enchanting jazz music of Coco LaShaun.

Liu offers crafted delicacies with All-You-Can-Eat Dim Sum Lunch from Dec 21 to Jan 7. There is also an eight-course Cantonese dinner on offer.
