This December, immerse yourself in the festive spirit with themed dinner buffets at Ventisi, Centara Grand at CentralWorld. Available from 2-31 December 2024 (excluding Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve), these exquisite feasts, curated by Executive Chef Andrea Montella and his team, showcase the finest local and imported ingredients paired with timeless cooking techniques.
Highlights include artisanal cheeses, a vibrant charcuterie station, and a colourful salad bar featuring crisp greens, exotic toppings, and flavourful dressings. Ventisi’s gourmet pizzas range from classics like Margherita to creative options such as Caramelised Kabocha Pumpkin with Mascarpone and Truffle or Smoked Salmon with Sour Cream and Red Onions.
Diners can also savour up to four made-to-order dishes, including indulgent choices like Lobster Thermidor, Panseared Foie Gras, Abalone in Rich Brown Sauce, and Singapore Pepper Crab Claws. The Asian Kitchen delights with dishes such as Thai Yellow Curry Crab Claws.
From the Western Kitchen, guests can enjoy Truffle Soup with a flaky Truffle Croissant, rich Lobster Bisque, Kiwami Wagyu Café de Paris, Black Truffle Tagliolini, and Sole Meunière. On Fridays and Saturdays, the buffet features premium carving stations with highlights like Prime Rib.
The experience concludes with an extensive dessert selection, offering Thai and international sweets, from elegant European pastries to traditional Thai delicacies.
Dinner buffets are priced at THB 1,950++ from Sunday to Thursday with free-flow soft drinks and THB 2,450++ on Fridays and Saturdays, including free-flow wine, beer, and cocktails. Buffets are served from 6:00 pm to 10:30 pm.
