The "Katy Perry Witness: The Tour 2018 Bangkok" concert will take place at Impact Arena, Muang Thong Thani. This is the 33-year-old superstar's first run since the Prismatic World Tour in 2014-2015, which featured 151 sold-out shows around the globe.

The "Witness" tour kicked off in Canada last September and will cover 106 shows in America, Europe, Asia, Australia and New Zealand. It is to promote her fifth album, Witness, which topped the charts in Canada and the US upon its release last June.

The new world tour will fully represent her onstage charisma, taking the audience on an imaginative trip from outer to inner space, from the planets to the bottom of the oceans, with music from her biggest past hits right up to her latest album.

The Asia leg includes performances in Japan, Hong Kong, the Philippines, Taiwan, Singapore, Thailand and Indonesia. She will then head to Mexico and Europe, concluding the tour in New Zealand later in August.

Perry is one of the best-selling recording artists of all time, having sold 100 million records globally throughout her career. She's the most-followed person globally on Twitter, and was the first to surpass 100 million followers.

Tickets cost 3,500, 4,500, 5,500, 6,500, 7,500 and 10,000 baht, and will go on sale to the public on Jan 13, at 10am, through Thai Ticket Major (www.thaiticketmajor.com).
