The Bangkok Chopin Society and the Polish Embassy present a recital by four young Polish musicians at the Siam Music Yamaha Auditorium on Wednesday at 7pm.

The first half of the programme will present ace guitarists Adam Woch and Robert Guzik. They will delight classical-guitar lovers with a repertoire of Chopin's Valse Brillante Op 34, No.2; Aleksander Tansman's Valse Romantique; Zulema Alcayaga's Valse Peruano; and Astor Piazzola's Tango No.2 from Tango Suite.

Having won several national and international competitions, both Woch and Guzik have collaborated as a guitar duo since 2011. Two years later, they started a concert tour which brought them to perform across the US, including at New York's Carnegie Hall.

The second half of the recital will feature Julia Wolanska on piano and Michal Gajda on accordion. Both are winners of the annual IBLA Grand Prize International Competition (2016). They will be performing Chopin's Revolutionary Etude, Rossini's Sonata No.3 In C Major, Piazzolla's History Of Tango and Rimsky-Korsakov's The Flight Of The Bumblebee.

Siam Music Yamaha Auditorium is on the 4th floor of the Siam Motors Building, opposite National Stadium, on Rama I.

Tickets cost 600 baht (300 baht for students), with proceeds going to the Bangkok Chopin Society's musical activities for youth.
